i am planning to do blueberry cheesecake this weekend for my papa and tatay. i already bought the ingredients, unfortunately, i don't have any mixer for baking. :( nag be bake ako before pero i don't remember using any mixer and this time kelangan ko talaga (kung kelan kelangan mag tipid hay!) so kung wala akong mabiling mura, no choice kundi gumamit ng whisk! good luck talaga saken. i need to find one today :( kundi no choice talaga..
sobrang busy ko pala this coming weekend. for saturday, i will cook bread roll, spag and carbonara (walang kamatayang pasta) for my brother's late bday celebration. so di ko alam kung makakasama pa ako ke yabby sa bday ng dati nyang ka offcemate. for sunday, laba day, lunch kila albert and dinner out for papa.
tonight, i will start preparing the blueberry cheesecake. ate apps provided me the recipe, salamat ate apps and wish me luck! haha!
